As one of the first Cyberspace Civic Associations our rules and procedures are still in development.  What works we will continue to use (and codify in our by-laws), what doesn't work, we will attempt to fix and if it still doesn't work we will eliminate and replace with something else.

 

   Any Sunset Parker can raise an issue of concern.  The issue will be posted on Facebook and through additional methods to reach all members possible.  If there is no major disagreement, that issue will be pursued in the following manner:

 

     1. We will post it on Sunset Parker for input.

     2. We will collect all available relevant facts.

         a. The Executive Board will develop a strategy.

     3. We will report it to 311 & the Community Board for correction. If that fails...

     4. We will report it to the appropriate elected official for correction.  If that fails...

     5. We will contact the responsible entities directly for correction. If that fails...

     6. We will go to the media... If that fails...

     7. We will take matters into our own hands and find an unusual solution.
